Pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi Dan Leader Member Exchange Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Padangsidimpuan Tenggara Kota Padangsidimpuan
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai penulis adalah untuk menganalisis Apakah Komunikasi Organisasi Dan Leader Member Exchange berpengaruh positif secara Bersama-sama terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Padangsidimpuan Tenggara Kota Padangsidimpuan. The objective of this study is to analyze whether Organizational Communication and Leader-Member Exchange have a simultaneous positive effect on employee performance at the Southeast Padangsidimpuan District Office, Padangsidimpuan City. This study employs a quantitative research design; in other words, it utilizes numerical calculations or quantitative data. The calculated t-value exceeds the t-table value (4.282 > 1.673); therefore, H1 is accepted. This indicates that Organizational Communication has a positive effect on employee performance. Consequently, fluctuations in employee performance at the Southeast Padangsidimpuan District Office can be determined by Organizational Communication; an improvement in Organizational Communication positively influences employee performance. The calculated t-value exceeds the t-table value (5.738 > 1.673); therefore, H2 is accepted. This indicates a positive effect of Leader-Member Exchange on employee performance. Thus, the level of employee performance at the Southeast Padangsidimpuan District Office is influenced by Leader-Member Exchange. The calculated F-value exceeds the F-table value (71.932 > 2.99); it can therefore be concluded that the variables of Organizational Communication and Leader-Member Exchange have a simultaneous, positive, and significant effect on employee performance at the Southeast Padangsidimpuan District Office. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that Organizational Communication and Leader-Member Exchange positively and significantly contribute to employee performance at the Southeast Padangsidimpuan District Office by 71.0%, while the remaining 29.0% is influenced by variables not examined in this study.
