This entrepreneurship workshop aimed to foster motivation and an entrepreneurial spirit among university students. This community service activity was carried out using a participatory method integrating lectures, simulations, and business plan development. Evaluation results indicated that the workshop successfully increased participants' interest, self-confidence, and practical understanding of the steps to start a business. Entrepreneurship literacy proved contributive in shifting students' mindset from job seekers to job creators. However, continuous mentoring is needed to ensure the sustainability of students' business ideas in a competitive market. This activity concludes that a well-structured workshop can be a catalyst for developing an entrepreneurial ecosystem in higher education.

PEMBERDAYAAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT MELALUI KEGIATAN PENDAMPINGAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DAN PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI DESA SALAMBUE

This community service activity aims to create economic independence for the people of Salambue Village based on the creative economy while simultaneously reducing child growth failure (stunting) through massive nutritional education. The main problems identified include limited MSME innovation, low digital literacy, and a high risk of stunting due to a lack of awareness regarding balanced nutritional intake. The implementation method uses a participatory and educational approach consisting of observation, socialization, technical production training (salted eggs and compost fertilizer), MSME digitalization assistance, and evaluation stages. The results of the service show an increase in technical skills, mastery of digital marketing strategies, and improved maternal awareness regarding toddler nutrition through Posyandu assistance. Scientifically, this program successfully transformed the community's mindset from job seekers to job creators. In conclusion, the holistic integration of economic empowerment and health is able to form a resilient, productive, and sustainably healthy village ecosystem. The synergy between the university and the village government serves as the main catalyst in maintaining the sustainability of this program.

The Covid-19 pandemic requires the teaching and learning process to be carried out from home, by utilizing classroom learning media and zoom meetings. The purpose of the online learning training activities of google classroom and and zoom meetings for school-age children in the village of Huta Padang is to provide teachers with an understanding of how to conduct and develop online learning so that they can do learning from home. The importance of this online learning training is to prepare teachers and schools in the online learning process to run properly. The steps taken in this training are first, implementing the Health protocol before and after implementing the training. Second, introducing online learning to students. Third, explain about Google Classroom and how to use it. And the fourth practice of using google classroom. From the implementation of the activities carried out, it was found that the training participants could understand the training material well and develop online learning in Google Classroom.

Education is a place for students to gain knowledge. Students need many things to learn and improve their learning outcomes. This is a teacher's task in developing learning media, methods, strategies, and even models in teaching. Learning media plays a very important role in teaching and learning activities. Media is a means or communication tool in learning. Educators should master how to determine learning media, select and/or create media, and utilize them to increase learning effectiveness. There are several obstacles faced by teachers when using media in the learning process. These obstacles include relatively low school budgets for media purchases, schools do not have adequate electricity systems and/or internet connections for the case of schools in remote and isolated areas. Media often does not reach the local substance of the school, is expensive, and there are limitations in terms of the availability and capacity of school laboratory space. To overcome these obstacles, teacher creativity is needed to create learning media, especially simple learning media. This community service activity was carried out at Nurul Ilmi Padangsidempuan Private High School on June 22, 2021. The target to be achieved from the implementation of community service is to develop children's interest in learning and to understand simple media that can be used in learning.

Nata de coco merupakan produk yang dihasilkan dari proses fermentasi air kelapa. Nata de coco merupakan makanan kesehatan yang kaya akan serat, namun rendah kalori. Nata de coco mengandung sekitar 98% air, 0,2% lemak, 0,012% kalsium, 0,002% fosfor dan 0,0017% vitamin B3. Produk ini memiliki kandungan serat yang tinggi, antara lain: selulosa, hemiselulosa, lignin dan serat larut air. Manfaat nata de coco untuk kesehatan antara lain: menurunkan kolesterol, menurunkan glukosa darah pada penderita diabetes, mencegah sembelit, mengontrol berat badan (mencegah obesitas), mencegah kanker usus besar dan bermanfaat bagi mikroflora di usus besar. Program pelatihan pengemasan dan pemasaran nata de coco ini merupakan kegiatan pelatihan tentang cara pengemasan nata de coco yang baik dan benar serta strategi pemasarannya agar produk tersebut meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen. Peserta pelatihan ini adalah para mitra dan ibu-ibu PKK Desa Padang Matinggi Lestari Kecamatan Padangsidimpuan Selatan. Tujuan dari program pelatihan pengemasan dan pemasaran nata de coco ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat di Desa Padang Matinggi Lestari Kecamatan Padangsidimpuan Selatan Sumatera Utara tentang cara mengemas nata de coco yang baik dan benar serta memberikan motivasi untuk membuat strategi pemasaran rumahan. produk industri. Program pelatihan pengemasan dan pemasaran nata de coco mendapat respon positif dari mitra dan ibu PKK, terbukti dengan minat mitra dan ibu PKK dengan diskusi antara pembicara dan mitra dan ibu PKK saat sesi tanya jawab. Adanya rasa ketertarikan dari mitra dan ibu-ibu PKK terhadap nata de coco merupakan kemudahan yang mendukung program ini dapat berjalan dengan lancar.
